1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at learn@qlev.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Purchases and enrollment
When you enroll in a course or workshop, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access that content for the duration stated on the product page (typically lifetime access for on-demand courses). Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise stated and may change at any time; the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.
4. Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued to learners who complete all required lessons and, where applicable, submit the capstone project. Certificates are digital, verifiable credentials. They are not academic degrees and do not confer regulated professional qualifications unless explicitly stated.
6. Intellectual property
All course content, videos, workbooks, code samples, brand assets, and website content are the property of qlev or its instructors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not:
- Download, record, screen-capture, or redistribute course videos.
- Share your login credentials or allow others to use your account.
- Reproduce, resell, or republish any qlev content.
- Use the content to train machine-learning models without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) upload malicious code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (e) harass, abuse, or harm any instructor, staff member, or fellow learner. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
8. Live workshops
Workshops are delivered live at the scheduled time. If we need to reschedule, we will notify enrolled participants and offer a transfer to another session. Recordings, where provided, remain available for the period noted on the workshop page. Purchases remain non-refundable per our Refund Policy.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (payments, email, video hosting). Their own terms and privacy notices apply to your interactions with them.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to deliver high-quality education, we do not guarantee any specific career, business, or financial outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, qlev disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, qlev's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
13. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or through a notice on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be brought before the competent courts of Lebanon, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
