Because our courses and workshops grant immediate access to digital content and, in the case of live workshops, reserve a limited seat, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to on-demand courses, live workshops, bundles, and any other paid offering on qlev.
2. Preview before you buy
Every course page includes a detailed outline, instructor bio, and, where available, free preview material so you can make an informed decision before enrolling. If anything is unclear, email us at learn@qlev.ai before purchasing and we will be glad to help.
3. Workshops rescheduled or cancelled by qlev
If we cancel a live workshop entirely, enrolled participants receive the option to transfer to a future session of equivalent value. If we reschedule a workshop and the new date does not work for you, we will offer a transfer to another session.
4. Access issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you paid for, contact us at learn@qlev.ai and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension and loss of access to any purchased content.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence.
